How to Succeed... CALL BACK LIST

Thank you to everyone who auditioned.  As usual, you have made our jobs very difficult. EVERYONE must attend dance auditions on Wednesday 11/29 in the Black Box Theater at 3 PM. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Call backs are for specific roles only. Please check the call back list below carefully for your name.  If you do not see your name listed, you are still in consideration for casting, so please be sure to check back here on Friday evening for the final cast list.

Callbacks will be held in the Black Box Theatre on THURSDAY 11/30,  starting at 3:00 pm until we have concluded.  Please check into the dance studio for your callback.  You are expected to stay the entire time in case we need to see any additional material.

Please check the callback list and materials carefully as some characters have more than one side or song to read/sing. As always, you MUST BE LOGGED INTO YOUR HVRSD ACCOUNT TO ACCESS THIS FOLDER. Additional materials will be posted throughout Tuesday evening. CALL BACK MATERIALS

How to Succeed... Audition Info

 HOPEWELL VALLEY CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL

Welcome and thanks for your interest in this year’s winter musical, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. We appreciate you coming to our info meeting, for putting your energy into auditioning after Thanksgiving Break, and for wanting to be part of a main stage production here at Hopewell Valley Central High School.

AUDITION PROCESS & DATES

All auditions will be completed in person this year.

You must complete the audition form with a parent/guardian to sign up for auditions.

*You need to be signed into your HVRSD account to access the form.

Please select one reading option and one singing option provided in the google drive folder. Note: you do not need to read and sing materials from the same character, you are welcome to mix them up.(ie: Sing Finch, but read Biggley)

All must attend the dance auditions no matter what roles you are auditioning for.

 

Dance WORKSHOP: Wednesday November 15th - 3 pm in Black Box Theater

**The audition dance will be taught today! STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend.

Reading & Singing Audition: Monday November 27th & Tuesday November 28th - 3:00pm *You will select a preferred date in the audition form; choose one.

Dance Audition: Wednesday November 29th - 3:00pm

Callbacks: Thursday November 30th - 3:00pm

Monday December 11th First Read-through

Tuesday February 20th- February 27th Tech

Wednesday February 28th Senior Matinee, 2 PM

March 1st, 2nd and 8th, 9th** Performances, 7 PM

**Pick up rehearsal TBD

Rehearsals will be held after school from 3:00-5:30 (approximately) each day, Students will be given a general schedule at the read through, and the specific needs for each rehearsal will be released the week prior.
